About Lauren Samanie

I started as a chiropractic assistant after high school in 2011. That’s where my love for business administration, multitasking, and being detail oriented started. 4 years later I became a massage therapist and started my first business. In August of 2022 I injured my back and had to close my successful massage practice of 8 years. I prayed and asked God to show me what I could do to continue helping others, pain free. One day in early March a friend came to me asking for some help managing her social media business accounts and some small research projects. I found my passion in helping her create a better work-life balance. I realized she probably wasn’t the only business owner that needed help. Through Faithful Hands VA, I am once again a small business owner able to use my love for business administration, multitasking, and being detail oriented to help clients in a wide range of small business tasks.

Q: What is a Virtual Assistant?

A: A virtual assistant is a professional small business owner who specializes in offering administrative services to clients from a remote location.

Q: What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant?

A: The best thing about contracting with a virtual assistant is that you get instant support from a highly skilled individual, but only when you need the services.

Q: How will I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

A: Great question! I communicate through text, phone calls, email, and Zoom if need be. I can make myself available for a once a month face to face meeting if you desire.

Q: How long do I actually need to hire a Virtual Assistant?

A: That’s really up to you and your needs. You get to choose the length of our contract duration with a minimum of 3 months.

Q: How does my Virtual Assistant keep track of their hours?

A: I have a program that I use to “punch the clock” when working on your projects. It’s a timer that I am able to label and send you a copy of if requested.

Q: How do I make payments?

A: A month’s deposit is expected at the beginning of our initial contract. Following payments will be billed monthly. An invoice is sent seven days before the end of the month. If payment is not received by the end of the month, future services will not be rendered until payment is received. If payment is late two months in a row, payments will be expected at the beginning month for future services.


For hourly services full payment is expected when a contract is signed unless otherwise noted.
